I enjoy real estate investing and agency waaay more than the monotony of the laboratory so I know where you are coming from. 

I quit an unhealthy corporate job last year, and while I’ve been thoroughly enjoying my respite (I’m currently in Colombia teaching yoga at a hotel in the jungle!)

Just like guest, you should want to pay for quality results expect quality, and then enjoy the increased bookings. 

Doing it because you enjoy doing the work and feel pride in seeing the results is a better reason.

No one knows what 5-6 years will do in any market, so if it's a great deal to live in for the next 5-6 yeast then enjoy.
