COC is the most worthless metric to watch in sec8 buddy. 

They are not cheap and obviously require some kind of cellular plan, but I was able to get them to work using Mint mobile (you need a phone to activate the sim card on first, like an old iphone) Ive had 3 of these up watching a property in Cleveland, OH for well over a year, and Ive only had one issue where I needed to go check on the camera itself, (the plug for the solar panel came disconnected and just needed plugged back in) This camera in particular is nice because its actually 2 lenses that capture the full 180 degrees, so one cellular plan for "2" cameras.

I just watched "A Man in Full" and the image of the bankers laughing at the mogul because they now own his knee...that's going to stay with me a while.

I've been watching a lot of BP videos and trying to educate myself on real estate business.

Reading, watching youtube videos etc. is great, however nothing beats meeting and being around active investors.

Just like everything else in life, get started, keep honing those skills (i.e. keep reading, keep learning, keep attending the meetups) and watch yourself get better and better witch each property you buy.I hope this helps and good luck on your real estate journey!
