One thing that I've found on BP is that there is a very fine line between "do it yourself" and losing one's behind because of a lack of knowledge.

I used a relator, found a good house and bought it.

I've found that members in my area operate like a support team more so than competitors.

I have 2 girls and just found out this week we are expecting another one.

@Dennis Boettjer The best way I have found to find quality operators is by joining a Community focused specifically on passive investing in syndications.  

We found this home through a combination of online tools and personal exploration in the area.

This is something I've found in Philadelphia where I invest and the  same holds true in many markets.
