I have been on the hunt for a nice balance of low taxes (compared to NJ almost anything is low taxes to me) and close proximity to central locations that retain low vacancy.

I have learned the area pretty well...and currently try to stay semi close to home - my farm area is from Saginaw to Central Arlington. 

@Marvin McTaw It needs flooring (cracked tile) there's some wood rot in the rr, needs all new doors, big thing is it's window units not central ac.

Hello everyone,  Paul Brodeur here, just wanted to introduce myself here on Bigger pockets, I am from north Grosvenor dale Connecticut which borders central Massachusetts,  I am fairly new to real estate investing but it  has become my passion ,  I have been listening to the BP podcasts and have learned so much from them , I have owned a few rental properties in the past but had no idea what I was doing to be honest, I made a lot of mistakes and wish I would have found a place like BP back then , currently I am concentrating on finding fix and flips and wholesale deals in my northeast Connecticut and central Massachusetts areas, I am looking to learn and network and build great business relationships , thank you for looking at my post 

I have a job in the central valley, CA that pays ~$100,000 per year.

It just so happens that is what I do in central Florida.

I am not sure how big the company is, but in central PA I know "Community First Fund" will give loans w/ higher interest to people or companies that do not qualify for a traditional bank loan.  

I'm an agent in West Central Indiana and works for the largest REO listing and selling company in 8 counties.
