No state mandates that every person must, by law, purchase auto insurance.Everybody has the option of foregoing auto insurance; they simply have to forego driving.Tons of people don't even own cars and they certainly aren't required by law to purchase auto insurance.But hey, you could probably opt out of mandatory health insurance if only you were willing to forego breathing.

The only example I've seen so far has been Dan Rather, and as I pointed out, he was fired for his breath of ethics...

If you get a license you will be "practising real estate" but as an investor, you can be living and breathing it every day.

So apparently, its OK for the actual homeowners to do the repairs incorrectly and breath in the lead paint but not contractors?
