Norwood has a mixture... the closer to Oakley and Pleasant Ridge— B then some of the fringes are C-ish but still solid neighborhoods. 

We specialize in STR's here and also own multiple in both Orlando and other markets such as Gulf Shores, Smokies and Blue Ridge.

From my personal/network experience, those are pretty good areas, although you might have even better results with Wheat Ridge, Eastwater, and Arvada so check those out as well!

To be clear, these are class B apartments in Pleasant Ridge.
