Do I work with Agent X, but they charge more....or do I work with Agent Y who charges less, but they aren't as good as Agent X.Then the problem is A, B and C Agents, who charge the same as Agent X who is good, but A, B and C arnt nearly as good as Agent X.

@Amy KimRecommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

Here's what I find most interesting.Section 29-35-103(2)(b) of the ADU law says Colorado cities can NOT "require an ADU or any other dwelling on the same lot as an ADU, to be owner-occupied."
