We are officially under contract for our first property - a SFH in what I would gets is a B-C type of neighborhood.

So it is highly unlikely we would run into that issue since we would just be moving around on tourist visas and working remotely. 

Do I work with Agent X, but they charge more....or do I work with Agent Y who charges less, but they aren't as good as Agent X.Then the problem is A, B and C Agents, who charge the same as Agent X who is good, but A, B and C arnt nearly as good as Agent X.

Then work on annexing into the town of Wellington in order to rezone other parcel (B) to industrial or commercial to follow towns comprehensive plan.

Here's what I find most interesting.Section 29-35-103(2)(b) of the ADU law says Colorado cities can NOT "require an ADU or any other dwelling on the same lot as an ADU, to be owner-occupied."
