#1 is normal, in our market someone bought in June for $425k and resell it in July for $500k without doing anything#2 all the time#3 yes#4 yes,sometimes the agent left a note in private remark why the house is not selling, you can call the listing agent directly

I have a tendency to be too nice and I don't want to appear as unkind so I needed the input.  

My agent just now requested the rent roll a second time, and the owner produced some papers filled out by hand with "unit #", "renter", "rent", and miscellaneous remarks.

In 2009, I endured a never ending line of peoples scathing remarks of how I was crazy, clueless, would go bankrupt etc..

My father (who lives in Boston) is a remarkable handyman and is thinking of buying a fix and flip in my county.
