Next, once you make those tweaks to the site, or hire someone to build a site for you, or join a system like InvestorCarrot if it was a fit... .. the first thing you need to look at is whether you'll be doing the work to drive traffic to your site (investing your time) or whether you have a budget to pay others to do it for you (investing your money).

If you want home values of $75,000 to $175,000 with at least 50% equity, then you really can't use a dollar range of equity or you will pay for a lot more data that you do not want.I contacted support at Melissa Data and they said that if I sent them the criteria, they could run the query and give me the results so that was good, but I would rather be able to tweak my parameters and see the counts so that I can quickly tune the results.Also I didn't see any way to get absentee owners that were outside of a certain distance (only in-state and out-of-state owners).I'm going to look at Agent Pro 247 but does anyone have any advise on these?
