@Li Tolentino As @Brian Eastman correctly noted, UDFI may trigger tax.

They get talked into opening one, but never actually pull the trigger on an investment.

The #'s worked and we were happy with the location and condition of the house and it's potential so we pulled the trigger. 

All of that shapes up well for my emerging market, but if not kept in check, could trigger a significant correction in the housing market.
