The idea would be instead of making consistently higher payments on a monthly basis, you save all of that then make a large lump sum payment (say 30-50k each time) and also recast the mortgage at that time, lowering the monthly payment.

We started doing free REI seminars this year, postcards are always consistent and SEO a little referral as well but its hit or miss and people forget about you after a week or two unless they follow our socials to stay top of mind.

The great thing about Lodgify is that it is tailored for vacation rental, and I heard other platforms that focus on B2B like Opera may not be as feasible as for us as our line of work consists of renting out properties in residential tourism districts.

By coming on BP consistently, reading posts that are of interest, listening to podcasts, webinars, etc. and most importantly, interacting with other members, a person will over time build a solid network of other BP members that you can rely on, and yes, one of those groups you build can be other women.
