This is a real shame, because with the new pre-mixed urethane grouts like Fusion Pro, the difficulty of fixing an issue like this has turned into little more than a craft project.If she can find a tile guy who knows his stuff even moderately well, you're not going to do well with this in court.

Cell towers technology can change where the tower is no longer needed for a carrier, they can find a better spot to move to, cell companies can merge and now no longer need duplicate sites, etc.

I don't know exactly why they left, but they weren't with the company long enough to experience any kind of slow down.Personally, because of the technology they offer, my business has exploded this year.I've never had clients comment on my brokerage and if it were me buying or selling, I don't care about the brokerage.

Finally, when you want to sell you will have the same difficulty as the current seller has: discount the price or offer seller financing (which if you have debt on the property already you might not be able to do).So if you can live with all of that you might have an opportunity to take down a lot of units with a small down and seller financing—and it might be a good cash flow play—but be cautious about how you get this down payment.
