No one here has a stamp and our nearest administration support is hours away and currently on half day schedule because of the holidays.

I don’t really know if it would help, but as I stated before, all I could do is man up and say I took on more projects than I could handle, I’ve matured from the experience, but also had a wife, father and grandmom to support. I

Support is superb and they are always available to help you with your business (beyond just websites)I use FreedomSoft for my CRM and have some other websites available to me through my local REIAs but I still opt to pay for Investor Carrot.Now, on the other hand, Carrot has started some lead tracking stuff which isn't as good as other options. 

Tech support is also very helpful, but usually costs extra.BTW, once you own the program you can legally use it for as many companies as you choose - just like you can open various documents in Word or Exel.
