Caring about the quality of the housing you offer and the way you treat tenants, does more for tenancy success than caring about their source of income (assuming it is legal and verifiable, which S8 is). 

I'll add that you must manage yourself for at least a year (all four seasons, etc.) to have a real understanding of what you want done and how much you would value what is offered by STR PM.

Hey @Brett RiemensniderThere are a TON of banks/credit unions that will offer as low as Prime on a heloc on your primary residence.

Effectively offering more than 100% financing.  

We don't know of too many places that offer turnkey properties, so if you have any recommendations that would be great.
