My biggest piece of advice would be to really dial in on what your strengths are and what you can bring to the table when getting into the game...

Again, I want to know more about your property, renovation approach, etc, but sometimes you need to play toward the strengths of your property rather than trying to fit a square peg in a round hole.

However, the strength of that demand is an open question.

You need a realtor to represent you; as a buyer, you don't pay commissions so why not add the bench strength.

Minimal upkeep, industrial strength supplies at cheap prices.

Leveraging other people's strengths is really smart.

I have tested my signal strength and just installed a new router and extender, which seen to connect fine to all other devices.
