If you owned them for 10 years, I’d be very surprised if they are not worth more today than when you bought.

This is my first time selling an investment property and I need your help. 2 years ago, I bought a building as a whole with 4 townhomes and I’ve been renting each townhome.

As to the international airport, the government recently bought the land and construction is yet to start.

The property I bought was a referral from a past client and a deal I could not pass up.

Looks to me like it's $6,800 based on the math in the parenthesis.If that's the case, looks like OP bought a little too much house the first time around. 

If so, make sure to visit/know of the grocery stores, restaurants, things to do, etc around the area even if just driving by.
