When you sign almost all mortgage closing packages, you are signing an Occupancy Clause that states you are intending to live in the home for 12 months.  

I live in Sheboygan Falls, WI. 

In my experience, a large percentage of them are fully functional adults that refuse to take personal responsibility for their lives, which is why they are receiving free rent from taxpayers instead of working for a living.

I noticed their business is listed as an LLC on their Zillow profile, and we also found that they have a few other unrelated LLC businesses that didn’t seem to work out for them over the years and were short-lived.

My wife and I have done all the terms (short, mid, long term rentals) and have done some live in flips.

We currently live in Houston, TX but we will be relocating to the Seattle/Bellevue area this summer for work.
