Not many condos here stretch rental market to another level. 

These homes when done right are absolutely incredible and offer a level of caretaking most seniors will unfortunately never get to experience, yet deserve to.  

I know Philly at a very high level, but not the details to talk about neighborhoods.

So at my level I want to continue managing my properties .

Make no mistake: syndications are highly speculative investments in a PROMOTER with limited upside, but the very real chance of losing your entire principal that are suitable ONLY for highly-experienced investors who understand the risk level and what it means to have no access to your capital once invested for 5 or more years after the investment.

There are very few property managers with this skill.

Keep evaluating deals even if not ready to purchase the next one and keep your skills sharp.

A minority are now carrying the tax burden, and the majority are existing via various forms and levels of assistance.

I have two friends who own rental properties and they are successful with their properties, I read Rich Dad Poor Dad twice along with Rental Property Investing and Power of Habit, I've been told by multiple people apart of the Baby Boomer and Generation X that they wish they invested in Real Estate at my age, I was a Resident Advisor at my University and I enjoyed that role so some of the skills are transferrable, and lastly this is the best time for me to take a risk.
