I would rather pay 1 person $10,000 to teach me and show me his system of investing successfully rather than read 10,000 articles and then take all of that information and sift through it to figure out what applies to my specific market and how to implement the information successfully.There is so much information out there, and much of it is very useful, however, I don’t have all the time in the world to search through it all to find out what is useful or not.

However during this time the landlord is not responsible for those belongings and can move them in order to prep the apartment for the next tenant, etc.Before I try to sift through Marion county Court documents, I am wondering if Indianapolis / Marion county investors can save me some time and tell me if they are aware of a local Court rule similar to this that I can research or if Indianapolis defaults to the state law of 90 days?
