I've been sifting through a lot of past forum posts to get a sense of which areas of Indy I should stay away from and which areas are good.  

I would rather pay 1 person $10,000 to teach me and show me his system of investing successfully rather than read 10,000 articles and then take all of that information and sift through it to figure out what applies to my specific market and how to implement the information successfully.There is so much information out there, and much of it is very useful, however, I don’t have all the time in the world to search through it all to find out what is useful or not.

My wife and I recently started closing on our first house and it took us 2 weeks from start to finish to sift through 25 houses and land on the one we wanted.

However during this time the landlord is not responsible for those belongings and can move them in order to prep the apartment for the next tenant, etc.Before I try to sift through Marion county Court documents, I am wondering if Indianapolis / Marion county investors can save me some time and tell me if they are aware of a local Court rule similar to this that I can research or if Indianapolis defaults to the state law of 90 days?

There are dozens to sift through, and when in doubt, consult BP!

It can be difficult to sift through the state codes and regulations.

I also do year leases starting in May, and do my leasing in February, so there is plenty of time to sift through candidates.

It will save a ton of time sifting through records.
