If you look at the screen shot below from my property appraiser's website you will see that there is something called a Cap Differential.  

So if we were given 30 days notice we could turn on our marketing, screen applicants and almost always dovetail  the new tenant’s move-in to within a few days of the old tenant exiting.  

None of these are necessarily a one size fits all.

Hi Blake, My company manages properties for others in New London (and the surrounding area), specifically single-family and small to mid-sized multifamily properties.

So, there is no moral argument, it's all smoke screen there.
