It explains why they are usually in the lowest barrier space within the industry (until recently not even a license was required & many still operate illegally).As a Philadelphia resident and active investor in the city I fully endorse investing in Philadelphia but only if you’re receiving sound advice. 

I took a look at the listings on their website.Most of their inventory is 30+ min from the 'downtown' area.Seems like they charge $400 - $600 a bed in Dallas and Houston + a move-in fee to the guest.It would be interesting to know what their management fees are.You should be able to make money based on those numbers if they have a nice occupancy rate.I personally wouldn't rent from there because I prefer my own space but there are definitely people out there that like to save a couple hundred on rent or even enjoy having roommates(Company) around.Best of luck!

I have only been looking at residential, single family, but today I found two commercial spaces (office) that would be a great fit for my growing day job business as a lactation consultant (currently operate just by doing home visits, but want a dedicated office space to see clients one day).

Note that I don't mean spaces that are specifically dedicated to the buying and selling of properties, as those spaces will be saturated with competition.So, to your specific question, I can't review the service as I haven't used it (and something tells me you won't find many people who've used it here), but as a professional Marketing Strategist I can say that their method is off track as to marketing fundamentals.

That is the BIGGEST flaw in this entire space of REI.

Last I checked, there was no shortage of land for development, that was not the issue (not having space to build upon) but the issue was PRICE, the COST of housing. 

(Large hump in middle of room plus cracking along drywall), mine has a large basement(cant count as living space due to no egress) old kitchen cabinets, old furnace, old windows(condensation in between panes).

We operate a small retail business out of commercial space in the building with the 4 residential units, which pays me a W2 salary and my wife has a part time W2 job at a vet clinic. 

The first building will be a 458,018-square-foot facility with space for quantum computing and cryogenic equipment.
