Getting better reviews doesn't seem like it would be attacking the root problem which is the poor customer service.

Homelessness,  addiction and mental illness should not be criminal,  but criminal acts should be treated as such regardless of their root cause. 

There is endless information on how to get started in real estate and finance, but not many good resources on what to do once you've firmly rooted yourself in the middle-class.

The problem this time is that the contractor didn't try to figure out the root cause at the time of their first visit.Lesson learned.

I don't think they are abusing the property and I don't think they're violating any part of the lease, they're just incessantly nitpicking at things.Another example: I had a tree cut whose roots were messing with the pipes and the foundation of the house.

Roots are common in a sewer line, but also a sign of potential problems.   

I understand that there are other root causes that need to be addressed, such as finding your "why", and finding the motivation so you really do want to get out of bed, but as people are figuring all that out I created a tool to help get that actual routine down.I call it "The Success Alarm", and it is an alarm on your iPhone that once it goes off, you cannot turn it off until the tracking mechanisms in your phone registers that you have walked 50 feet. 

However, I have recently heard otherwise, which is the root of my uncertainty.

They blame tenants for sewers clogging when the sewers are infested with tree roots.

but looking back over the years, the dumb money mistakes I've made all came down to the same root cause: impatience.
