Pooling resources with others is one way to increase your buying power (and potential returns) and is something I am seeing more and more of in my day to day given the mutual tax benefits that can be shared and the high price to entry for housing rn. 

Most of you in the thread:   It's kind of a lame excuse, to say "we don't have enough resources to go after criminals, so we will outlaw the wholesaling for good".

By doing this you'll start to see which strategies might better align with your resources (time, money, energy, connections, etc) and your future goals.
