I check the SEC, FINRA, ratings websites for inside information on the principals in the company.

Does anyone happen to have companies or referrals for Prop Mgmt and Rehab in Richmond, Indiana?

A good property manager who knows Memphis well, a reliable contractor, and an experienced agent who specializes in investment properties will be key.

I am having trouble following you can always send the money to an insurance company.
