We drove, he cried, he cried harder, he never went to sleep, I got a call while out and couldn't communicate due to the fussing, we never made it to the restaurant, we went home where he was finally relaxed and went to bed.  

Should I consider the Memorial Day Holiday when scheduling the send date? 

Like giving back to the homeless during the holidays, haha. 

I'm still learning as I go, so I haven't gotten to the part where I can relax and work 20hrs or less, but I think I'll get there soon.

The holiday weekend pushed things out..

When financial people see these numbers, they immediately become much more relaxed about a potential investment property.

Be very careful about who you lease to, be prepared to be on call 24 hours especially Holidays.
