How I personally handled this was to give the seller most all the down payment but I took all the monthly payment or majority of it until my commish was paid.. this seemed to resonate well with the sellers Buyers got what they wanted a low down payment deal.. and the next thing you know I had many thousands a month in recurring income .. win win.. but most agents well they wont think that way or simply cant afford not to get paid or their Broker wont allow it..

Also, keep in mind, it may not be the seller, it can be the appraiser, they are human and they come in different flavors, I know it is a "science" but, this science has taken us though a series of ups and downs, so do not be discouraged by the provider, if you are satisfied with them to this point, if this is a questionable event, as part of either recurring events int he transaction, it may be time to exit.
