We checked with the HOA Management when we purchased and were assured that the portion that gave me pause, was not referring to AirBNBs but bed and breakfasts. 

I cook big breakfasts for the family in the morning with the nice kitchens they provide and we end up only eating one meal out each day which saves us a ton of $.

Would there be any interest in starting a local lunch meet-up or breakfast group?

If the business or rental space was physically part of the living area of your home, such as a spare room used as a bed-and-breakfast bedroom or attic space used as a home office, your business usage doesn’t affect your gain/loss calculations.

If your home is listed as a bed and breakfast and subject to lodging tax are you then able to charge Ale a nightly rate? 

There is also a breakfast Thursday mornings at the Waterloo in Akron, on Waterloo road. 

Usually I could swing the deal, not always.Word gets out at the ABA meetings and banker's breakfast, that problem loans could be solved by this guy at xyz mortgage, that certainly helped in getting the okay!
