I fell in love with real estate investing almost 2 years ago in February.

I fell into real estate when my dad passed in March 2015 and his reverse mortgage company tried to take his home. 

Maybe the wire between the heater and relay fell off, or the relay is stuck open. 

I about fell over.  

On top of that the contractor he hired to fix it up the first time did a horrible job on the shower where it leaked and the 1st floor ceiling fell.

The  next expected fed funds raise is at the July meeting and four raises this year certainly seems off the table to me.BTW the 10 year just fell below 2%.  

The property was originally listed for the appraised value of 229K and after 6 months on the market fell to 185K.  

Im a native Bostonian who fell in love with DC and decided to stay here permanently.  

NOPE - I had faucet off and new one on and then the drain piece broke, actually fell out bc of the pressure I had gently applied and was already broken anyway - just waiting to fall apart in my hands.

That way, you have three extra units to add to your track record in one fell swoop.
