Would it be buying more of the same type of properties or expanding into larger properties?

I'd love to learn more about investing in hotels and this type of properties, so please if you have any books/documentaries/any type of resource that I should definitely study before I venture in the wild, comment them below my post.Thank you so much in advance!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It may be harder to find that type of property in a rural area with acreage, but it's a way to get your foot in the door as an investor and also have a place to live. 

Do you want an investment that you can use yourself such as a short-term rental in an area you like to vacation in, or does it matter which type of asset it is?

Areas with good rental demand or up-and-coming properties could give you more predictable returns.Do you already have a type of property in mind—like single-family homes, or are you considering duplexes, condos, or other types of flips?

Keep in mind though those types of project are not 90 day flips in a 500 to 600k market.

Depending how much of the neighborhood is a hot zone for renting rather buying, and which Property type is performing better than the other (meaning 1bd 1ba 2 floor renting out faster and much more consistently than a 2bd 1ba 1 floor), you can make your choice of those factors as well as other ones that impact your decision for what you wanna do with your investment.
