Like your standard late-20s, I've got student debt and a meagre savings (I support my parents as an additional monthly expense) and I'm just wanting to learn before taking the plunge.

I'm not sure if it because I haven't found the right deal yet or I'm just a little too nervous to make the actual plung into investing.

We've been looking at hundred of listings, and analyzing dozens of potential deals, and have are just about ready to 'take the plunge', as it were...We would like to finance our first deal (first several) using conventional financing.

I have to take a plunge at some point and would like to have support of community/mentor on my first decision.

Hi everyone, I'm brand new to flipping houses and am trying to learn as much as possible before taking the plunge.  

I am ready to take the plunge, I have some properties in mind (still looking too), i have some financing started, I am reading and listening to podcasts. 

I've been dormant a while, but after 2.5 years living in Greenville SC, I'm looking to finally make the plunge in some rentals up here...but I am still not sure what are prime areas.I've been told Cherrydale area I can get a 3/2 under 100k that'll rent at 1%...what are some areas other investors have had luck with?
