I have friends that have taken the wrong advice only to find out during a visit from the local police that a different path should have been taken and now they are in a pinch to correct it immediately or suffer a loss of investment.

I pinch myself every morning.  

Also there are apps that have levels, tape measures, a flashlight, that work in a pinch.

I also don't speak Spanish fluently, although I can get by in a pinch. 

IE "I won't rent to someone with kids because they'll destroy my newly remodeled unit," or, "If you want to move in to your new property, just give the tenant notice they have to move by months end, their lease was with the seller not with you," and the ever frequent, "Tenant didn't pay his rent so I changed the locks and/or turned off the water".And in general - folks in the above group pinching pennies to not pay a professional to handle what they clearly cannot do themselves, either due to lack of ability or knowledge.

No easy answer for this one, IMHO, this Corona will be contained quickly in USA... but with a 'global' economy freaking as it is, "you might feel a little pinch" the dentist says as the needle goes into your gum.Everyone:  hang in there, stay calm, be safe.

Hey Roee, My advice would be to only invest OOS if you are familiar with the market and have connections in that area that could help if you are in a pinch.

I also have a square account that I can use in a pinch.

You should be reimbursed by your building insurance so don't sweat it, this isn't a time to be pinching pennies.

That investment account has done great, but once the balance was high enough that I could pay off my mortgage (it was not a big mortgage to begin with) I decided I no longer needed to pay it off since I had the money to pay it off if I needed to in a pinch.
