IE "I won't rent to someone with kids because they'll destroy my newly remodeled unit," or, "If you want to move in to your new property, just give the tenant notice they have to move by months end, their lease was with the seller not with you," and the ever frequent, "Tenant didn't pay his rent so I changed the locks and/or turned off the water".And in general - folks in the above group pinching pennies to not pay a professional to handle what they clearly cannot do themselves, either due to lack of ability or knowledge.

No easy answer for this one, IMHO, this Corona will be contained quickly in USA... but with a 'global' economy freaking as it is, "you might feel a little pinch" the dentist says as the needle goes into your gum.Everyone:  hang in there, stay calm, be safe.

That investment account has done great, but once the balance was high enough that I could pay off my mortgage (it was not a big mortgage to begin with) I decided I no longer needed to pay it off since I had the money to pay it off if I needed to in a pinch
