There simply are too many people attempted to get their hands in our pockets. 

So if you see a foreclosure, it's not a typical thing, and the people involved are not typical. 

The past 3 people who did that have either continued to be demanding or have had their contracts "canceled" and I have to work to get the money in the long run.

Rich Ng That's good to know, I know people who have had issues in Salem with big differences between market and section 8.

Every day I mark how many calls to leads I made, how many people I contacted (and was it email, call, text) from my database/past clients....how many social media posts I answered or made, etc.I don't know if that's automating, but every week I can quickly see how much of each money generating thing I did.Do you use Google Calendar? 

I understand the safest option is to have a lawyer review the lease, but I figured I'd try to answer my beginner questions here and not waste the lawyers time (and my money) on the "for dummies" explanation.Thank you!
