If so, the biggest headache saving point I would give is to make sure the floor you are putting them on is SUPER clean of dust/dirt etc, if not the planks/tiles peel up as the glue gets loaded with the debris vs sticking to the floor.

There must be finished flooring in every room, no holes in the drywall, no peeling paint anywhere, functional Hvac, no broken windows, no exposed wiring (so all light fixtures need to be present), porch railings, Hot & cold running water, etc.

I'm seeing a lot of peeling paint, especially on bathroom ceilings; leaking plumbing and roofs with pots underneath the leaks; layers of carpeting, like old carpet is never removed and new carpet is just put over it, windows painted shut, decks and front porches with holes and pealing paint, old old old appliances, countertops and cabinets, rust stains in sinks, plaster walls with chunks missing and then the holes painted over, etc.Single family homes would be easier, but property taxes are so high I would have to own it outright to make any profit at all.Anyway, still looking.

You can mask the awkward domain name with one that you buy and then when they type the new name it will redirect them to the awkward name.

Basically you would be at best, peeling probably $900-$1200 out of your wallet to live in the smallest unit every month, and hoping for appreciation and tax savings tobail you out in the future.
