I dont like the following::Busy street, lots of steps, next to commercial or industrial, houses on either side are in very poor condition, very high taxes, certain construction styles and materials, on street parking, being far from transportation or main highways.These ideas above are just a few but the main ones.

., My original quote for this thread was up to $600k, that was my highest bid when I was trying to have a 4 family built in the style of All Brick with each unit running 1000 sqft [became to small for a 3x2 for what I wanted], for 4000sqft total size on a full basement used for garage space and storage.

These are modern style homes so not sure if this would work in your market / style. 

This is born from the industry trying to distinguish a 2001 suburban garden-style class A complex from an urban core mid-rise that just finished construction.  

I'm relationally oriented (no one is a stranger to me) and a visionary. 

I like the idea of starting on some items sooner than later.Ultimately, I think my "nice guy landlord" style has worked well for my one SFR rental over the past 10 years. 

I would caution you look at the photographer's portfolio to ensure you like their style and finished images.

Ideally I want to build a duplex style Chalet. 

Usually draw much higher rents than garden style apts.

As a contractor knowing my worth , and setting My prices has allowed me a very comfortable life style Credit , I have so much credit at suppliers its scary .
