Do you have a well defined process set up that you need to track normal sales-cycle milestones?

@Gordon Olson- On a construction or rehab project, the Contractor will submit a payment application at specific milestones of completion.

There is no longer the pressure to hit certain "milestones" in life.Older generations see it as lack of responsibility or lack of maturity, but most millennials that I know are just as responsible (if not more so) than their parents, having witnessed the aftermath of the recession.

The issue is that the loan is normally disbursed after certain milestone throughout 8-12 months of a project.
