make sure you're putting the flutes in the right direction as well.If you've got the metal H frames you obviously need to have the flutes going vertical.

Things that come to mind are bars around windows and a heavy metal security door over entrances.

The owners broke their word and part of the contract and left behind three crappy old metal sheds and lots of debris.

Galvanic corrosion occurs wherever two different metals touch.

The building are in good shape, new metal roofs, the location is a growth area, a large part of the lot is undeveloped, never a vacancy, very good intangibles.The problem is that the owner has no record keeping ability.

I would cal la metal scrapper and have them take it.. its not like anyone is going to come back on you.....
