The city we invest in has a rule that anything over 1" depth must be cleared within 24 hours of the first accumulation, so we may be taking care of snow more than once per storm.

Plus, the local REIA is a wealth of in-depth knowledge of local cities, markets, rental rates, etc.I always remind our REIA members that successful investing (including finding your dream vacation/rental home) always comes down to three main things:1) knowing what you want,2) having a great reason for wanting it,3) and then letting everyone know both of those!

I won't get into too much depth on the numbers of the property, because I have come to the realization that this may not be the not the ideal property for my financing arrangements.
