I wanted to invest where I wanted to live and I am also from Elgin so am constantly headed further nw.

@Belinda Lopez  very good points many reia's are owned by someone who is making a living running the REIA  or they have a publication of that reia and sell advertising.

Plus there is a lot to do here so it is hard to be bored living in NJ.

But this will also lead to future inflation.The issue is going to be the rich will get richer as they can live with lower cash flow but gain appreciation.
