I think his subto business and coaching seem legit, but gator to me sounded like a Ponzi scheme.

NEVER rely on a platform like Airbnb's "verification" process. 

It is important to people reading that just because you see property management in the name does not mean it is a legit property management company.

You will also see legit hard money companies do bait and switch all the time.

I have a client that uses a local bank account and it won't pull so I would have to manually enter them.But you can use it as a corporate level accounting.I have another client that uses Buildium to manage his own and other properties and he has his corporate accounting in there so he didn't have to get another accounting platform.
