I have been a minor league baseball player for the St.Louis Cardinals for the last 6 years of my life.

City has issued a Warrant for my arrest for housing code violation and has condemned the house..and the tenants tell the judge they want a trial..to get another 2 weeks....almost time for a base ball bat...

Toronto is not in the same class or league as these cities.  

It's analogous to community college vs. an ivy league school: the cost of admission might only be 20-30k but I can still learn a lot, and this will primarily be an educational experience for me.

Do you work with  League City and Dickinson areas as well? 

I already own a sports league here in Dover that is doing very well so I am quite familiar with the many specifics of business.

I had to start working at a young age selling candy, baseball cards, vitamins, water filters, whatever to make enough to help feed the family and buy my own socks.

The home is in an area that is not a vacation destination however there are large sports complexes nearby for kids baseball and soccer activities.
