Why don't you throw your scenario out there, and the rest of us can learn from your interaction/conversation? 

I have been a long time lurker on BP and have decided it's finally time to get interactive with the site.

I'm mostly hoping to interact with people who are similar to some of the great business mind's I've listened to on the podcast.

I have the tendency to read read read so I just need have to build some human interaction.

As I was living out of state during the interaction (in MI, where I am now), most of my conversations with her were via e-mail.  

Flipping is pretty interactive and waiting around for processing and paying fees for every check issuance will not work that well.
