Consider how it will be used and if the floor can function as storage, rec room, family room, extra sleeping space, etc.From what you've shared, my concern would be the "hills" that may cause a tripping issue.

The price is posted, and it's the same with almost every other business.I would go online and do a rent comp analysis on what current market rents for your type unit are getting, and if you're afraid of losing them, then you can give them a discount.If a tenant has a larger space, more amenities, a parking space, then you can add additional rent.

You are ahead of the curve to some degree compared to others, but most moving into this space now lose.

I take it is a 6 bedroom or larger property hopefully with an indoor pool at the price you have invested.

There is also space available for an additional 3 mobile homes.

Needs new flooring indoors in all areas (4 bedrooms, entrance way, hallways, 2 bathrooms and kitchen, 2 new windows, and 3 stand alone ac units for kitchen) Needs kitchen remodel, 1 possible new bathroom remodel.

Our amazing view location is beating out pool cabins and we do not have the hassles of a pool in the smokies, especially an indoor pool...food for thought.
