Unless you are going to build out systems, checklists, etc, etc, etc....you will be constantly training and re training their staff.

If you have winter sports then you can do really short term or longer rent to the people who staff the ski area ect. 

How big is the staff and what do they do?

Or do you typically keep the existing staff on at the complex, provided it’s performing?
