The original goal, rightly or wrongly, was to maximize rentable units, so we rebuilt the main house from the foundation up into a 3 bed 2 Bath 1,600 sq foot main house, and added a 600 sq ft 1 Bed 1 Bath JADU, along with a 1,200 sq ft 3 Bed 3 Bath ADU.

We are working on our first flip house and we didn't plan to do the BRRRR method, although it has come up in conversation multiple times due to the area it is in, we are still tossing the idea around of keeping it as a rental.
