I'm using real estate as an ends to financial independence, and that freedom as the means to an end in community and social entrepreneurship.

I've made it to financial freedom with real estate and still I can't find a women that's interesting. 

Top employers are FedEx, the school system, the government, and healthcare. 

If you are hiring a property manager, then you can have more freedom with the decisions you make if you feel like certain areas are a factor that you wouldn't want to deal with. 

The path to financial freedom starts with numero uno!

Save as much as you comfortably can without also depriving yourself too terribly much.If you have no savings and are highly leveraged, you're one bad situation from serious financial trouble instead of financial freedom.

Due to the our health care system unpaId medical bIlls are not unusual.Perhaps the property could be marketed more aggressively to attract more renters?

After reading "Build a Rental Property Empire" by Mark Ferguson and "The Book on Managing Rental Properties" by Brandon Turner last week, I am throughly excited to find ways to continue to grow and learn this industry in hopes of  property reaching my goal of financial freedom with passive income. 

Both podcasts have greatly impacted my mindset on money and financial freedom.
