I'm down in Venice Beach too...I fly up to Camarillo a lot because touch&go's at your airport are quite fun :)The trick on what you're pondering....aside from ignoring the downer folks (I moved from a 3-story house I owned in Atlanta to now living in a studio with no kitchen in Venice and I couldn't be happier)...is running the numbers.

Personally I think as the crop of candidates slowly turns into crap they’ll be happier when they see folks who are better than crap.

I personally am much happier having an IRA with checkbook control.

Just because you want a 12% return doesn't mean you will get into a trade since someone else is happier with 8%.

I don't have a link but I was fortunate enough to have Josh highlight my deal which was really really cool and now the other party to that deal is doing big things in big ways and I couldn't be happier to have worked with him.

Overall I was happier when performing my own management.

I couldn't be happier with the program and the "extras" that Jake and Gino bring to the members on regular bases. there are weekly live calls /webinars and we just started a Mastermind group. 

Due to this we have now switched back to the platform we we're using before (Guesty) and have been happier than ever since then haha
