I'd love some input on what to do:I am a 40 yrs with a stock market investments of 350K trying to coast fire in the next couple of years.I just got a green card and moving to the US from Canada and looking at which accounts to invest that money in the US.But I am not sure I will stay in the US in 10 or 20 yrs.What do you think would be the best strategy to coast fire when you are not sure where you are going to be in your later years?

Cross referencing AirDNA data with my property was quite accurate. 

They will lend 65% of the purchase and will allow you to cross with another property you own at 65% CLTV. 

We wont close until end of September so keeping my fingers crossed but wanted to share my experience.

@Vy LeRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

I’d also suggest cross referencing anything you order from Amazon on eBay and if negotiable try getting it cheaper there.

@Oren Kachel  We're getting growth due to increased cross-border trade, some oil money, as well as the general growth that Texas is seeing as a whole.

Have someone watch the cross walk.Neighbors- They are all businesses and closed, or the Hotel folks will walk over.If it gets too big, rent out the grass area behind you across the street.As always check zoning and covenants.Over the top????

The main issue is that half of the acreage is blocked by a creek which I'd have to build a means to cross.
