Mind you this is all 30 steps away from penn street the meca of the city , where all you see is very distresed streets along with that distressed people - many houses are foreclosures here buy for cheap so the citys new building are great if u belive its all for the best and can turn into a fruitful area. acually thought about starting my investing in the city i have a friend that has done this and now has his real estate company "portnational" i belive its called

@Xi GuoI wouldn't go into it UNLESS you have an unfair advantage and a long term plan.It is possible to create a haven for honorable people, however you have to stick around long enough to earn a leadership role.This is not a flip and it's not an ATM machine.

My suggestion of substituting it with the washing machine which was not included in the sale was nixed that the seller needs it and "this is just part of short sale downsides."
