This is lengthy, but I'm trying to provide as much detail as possible for anyone kind enough to provide feedback.I bought a condo 3 years ago but now need to move for work.Would appreciate feedback/thoughts on next steps on Sell vs Rental approach.Looking at the very high monthly exp/rev ratio, it seems I should sell, but want to make sure I'm exploring all options.

I would love to offer as much feedback as possible and help you all optimize.

Things are going smooth at the property with all 3 units rented out and a comfortable amount of cash flow each month.I'm anxious for house hack #2 next year and I have some questions I'd greatly appreciate some feedback on. 1.

@Jonathan GreeneGreat feedback and agreeThe best type of post that is a question outlines the situation, what research you have done and ask for confirmation or further direction.The “what’s the best state to invest in”, “should rent or sell my home (with no other context) and the infamous transfer my property into a LLC - I wish BP could have AI charge people for asking those questions.

@Dan H.Thanks for the feedback. 100% agree with you as I don't want to encourage these tenants to take advantage of the landlord.

Does anyone have any feedback or thoughts on which loan product to use? 

I’ve heard positive feedback about their focus on property owners' needs, but I’d love to hear more from those who have firsthand experience with these or other platforms.
