The u.s.a has been high jacked with all these loans/gas prices etc,in fear of bank ruptcy did you know that legislation is passing a bill that coinage will be made of steel in 2010 because copper/zinc and nickel is more than the face value of the current currency foren currency will dominate and is dominateing us know.

The only reason I have a little fear of buying more is because there are so many FOR RENT signs around town.

Why would a bank fear a BK enough to consider a larger shortsale?

I am now in a situation where I fear vacancies in my properties to the point of not being able to cover mortgage.

I think many would like to make a lot of money in real estate but it is fear that keeps them from taking action.

Guess my point is don't become paralyzed by fear.

My fear is that your rehab expense could include much more then just a simple paint job, which is going to raise your total investment.

I'm not trying to be rude or anything but more knowledge equals less fear and from what you expressed it seems you are starting out on the wrong foot.
